Tiffany Lachelle Smith is a fifth-year doctoral student in the Organizational Leadership, Policy, and Development program with an emphasis in Comparative and International Development Education at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. She has over a decade of teaching experience in PK-12 and university level courses. She also taught at an international school in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates for nearly three years.
